Joint venture agreement provides local support and expansion of Hernon's vast product lines in South Korea
Hernon Manufacturing, the innovator in adhesives, sealants and dispensing equipment has confirmed that the Korean branch office of Hernon Ltd. it has signed a joint venture agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, the Korean branch office of Hernon Ltd. will provide direct order fulfillment and product support for Hernon's existing network of customers in the South Korean market. In return, the company will grant exclusivity to the territory of South Korea.

"It was essential that we partner with a local leader who could aptly support the growing demand for our adhesive products."
Both parties cite numerous advantages for the new agreement, including lower costs for customers; faster and more responsive customer service since order fulfillment and support will be handled locally in South Korea; and access to new market sectors that source their chemical needs from South Korea.
"Due to the demands of a large number of orders, the Korean branch office and this partnership will benefit not only our respective companies, but each of our mutual clients,” added Rodriguez.
